Hi, thank you for visiting Friends of Manchester Road Park, FOMaRP. Our aim is to improve Manchester Road Park for the benefit of the whole community.
We started in in March 2009 when the park was famous for its dilapidated state and dangerous litter. Since then, with the helpful co-operation of the Parks Department, it has been transformed with new equipment and negligible litter. We now organise a Funday each September and these are thriving with the next one planned for 9th September 2012. Encouraged by this success we are now planning future developments.
